Bed/ Maximum of Guest(s):-
All bedrooms has 1 King OR 1 Queen size bed only. The room caters for a maximum of 2 guests in total only.
Check-in:-
Check in is available from 2:00PM. If you check-in early and the room is ready, we can check you in right away. If the room is not yet ready, we can store your bags until the normal check-in time of 2:00PM.
Check-out:-
Guests are required to check out before 10:00AM. We can grant a late checkout up to 12:00pm without an additional charge but need to be booked in advance (at time of booking) and subject to availability. Late checkout after 12pm, full rate will be charged.
Connecting Rooms: -
Connecting rooms are available and subject to availability.​
Children:-
1 Child under age of 11 yrs sharing accommodation with parent in existing bedding TOP$50 per night.
Smoking:-
All rooms are non-smoking. Penalties will be charged to guests who smoke in rooms - TOP$200.00 cleaning fee.
Tax:-
All rates are inclusive of 15% tax.
Party Policy:-
Zero tolerance party policy. In the interest of quiet enjoyment and respect for all guests at the hotel, a no party policy applies to all guests staying at the property. Guests are expected to be respectful of other guests at all times, and to be quiet between 10pm-7am. Immediate eviction with no refund applies to any breaches of this policy.
Cancellation Policies:-
Cancellations made 72 hours or no-show prior to scheduled arrival, full duration of booking will be charged.
There are no refunds for early departures or unused nights.
Bookings, Deposit & Cancellation Policies For Small Groups 5-9 ROOMS
In order for a small group reservation to be confirmed, a deposit of the first night x total of rooms booked including taxes is required.
The Company or Clients who have made a reservation as a group will be requested to pay a deposit to confirm reservation, either valid credit card details, Bank TT, Cheque or Cash deposit. The deposit amount is one night's accommodation per room booked. Should a cancellation occur less than 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit is non- refundable.
If deposit is not received by the due date which is not less than two (2) months prior to arrival, Little Italy Hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking and to sell again the remaining availabilities to public. There will be no refund for NO SHOW or early checkout.
Bookings & Deposit for 10-22 Rooms:-
In order for a large group between 10-22 rooms reservation to be confirmed, a deposit of 50% of the full stay including tax is required. The Company or Clients who have made a reservation as a group will be requested to pay a deposit to confirm reservation, either valid credit card details, Bank TT, Cheque or Cash deposit. The deposit amount is one night's accommodation per room booked.
If deposit is not received by the due date which is not less than three (3) months prior to arrival, Little Italy Hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking and to sell again the remaining availabilities to public. There will be no refund for NO SHOW or early checkout.
Amendment Policy for 10-22 Rooms bookings:-
We will do our best to accommodate your changes. All amendments are subject to availability at the time of amending your reservation.
Group Cancellation Policy for 10-22 Rooms bookings:-
Cancellations made more than one (1) month prior to arrival will not incur any charges. If a deposit has been paid it will be fully refunded. Cancellations made less than one (1) month prior to arrival, the deposit is non- refundable. If deposit is not received by the due date, Little Italy reserves the right to cancel the booking and to sell again the remaining availabilities to public. There will be no refund for NO SHOW or early checkout.​
